Agency Dashboard
The Agency Dashboard is the first thing you see when you log in to the Agency Portal. It gives you a snapshot of your agency's activity and quick access to the areas you use most.
Overview Metrics
At the top of the dashboard, you see key numbers that summarize your agency at a glance:
- Total Companies — The number of client companies you currently manage.
- Active Companies — How many of those companies are currently active.
- Total Staff — The number of agency staff members on your team.
- Subscription Status — Your current agency plan and its status.
These metrics update automatically as you add companies, invite staff, or make changes to your subscription.
Self-Account Company Setup
Your agency can also use Knock Knock App for its own website. The self-account section on the dashboard lets you connect your own company so you can use the same engagement tools you offer your clients.
To set up your self-account:
- Open the Dashboard.
- Find the Self-Account section.
- Enter your company website and details.
- Save your settings.
Once connected, your agency's own website appears alongside your client companies, and you can manage it just like any other company.
Setting up a self-account is a great way to experience the platform from your clients' perspective before onboarding them.
Unlinking Your Self-Account
If you no longer want your own website connected as a self-account, you can unlink it:
- Go to the Dashboard.
- Find the Self-Account section.
- Click Unlink.
- Confirm the action.
Unlinking removes the connection but does not delete any data associated with the company.
GHL Integration Connection
If you use GoHighLevel, you can connect your GHL agency account directly from the dashboard. Once connected, you can create client companies from your GHL sub-accounts without entering details manually.
To connect:
- On the Dashboard, find the GHL Integration card.
- Click Connect.
- Follow the authorization steps to link your GHL account.

The dashboard provides shortcuts to the areas you visit most:
- Companies — Jump straight to your client list to add or manage companies. See Managing Companies.
