Playground
The Playground is a no-login demo sandbox for showing prospects the product. You create a playground from the agency portal, configure the AI in a short wizard, and share a public link — anyone with the link can open it and talk to the AI assistant right away, with no account required.
Because the playground renders with your white-label branding, prospects experience the product as your product from the very first click.
Creating a Playground
From the agency portal, open the playground section and click New Playground. A setup wizard walks you through two steps:
Tell us about your business
- Business Name — the name of the business the demo represents.
- Email — a contact email for the playground.
- Company Language — the language the company operates in.
Customize your AI
- Conversation Tone — how the assistant should sound.
- Primary Goal — what the assistant should aim for in conversations (e.g. capturing leads or booking).
- Agent Language — the language the agent speaks.
- Custom Greeting — the opening message visitors hear or see.
- FAQs (one per line) — common questions the assistant should be able to answer.
- Personality & Instructions — free-form guidance for how the assistant behaves.
- Generated Prompts — the prompts the wizard builds from your answers; review and edit them if needed.
You can also add a welcome video so the demo greets prospects the way a real installation would. Upload your own, or pick one from the Default Videos grid — a set of curated videos ready to use when you don't have your own footage.
Sharing the Link
When setup finishes, you get a public test link with the note "Share this link so others can test your AI assistant." Send it to a prospect however you like — email, chat, or a live demo call.
- Anyone with the link can open the playground, test the AI, and even edit the same playground's setup.
- The link uses your agency branding (and your custom domain when white-labeled).
- Links expire after a while, so old demos don't stay live forever. Create a fresh playground when you need a new demo.
Playground links are public while they're active — anyone who has the link can open and change that playground. Share them only with the people you're demoing to.
Reviewing Activity
Each playground keeps a record of what prospects did in it. From the playground list you can open a playground and review:
- Voice-call recordings — listen to the AI voice conversations that took place.
- Chat conversations — read the chat transcripts.
This is useful follow-up material: you can hear exactly what a prospect asked and how the AI handled it.
Converting to a Real Account
When a prospect is convinced, a playground can be converted into a real account, so the setup work from the demo isn't lost.
