White-Label Branding

White-labeling lets you present the platform to your clients as if it were your own product. You can replace the default branding with your agency's name, logo, colors, and even use your own domain. Your clients see your brand throughout the entire experience.

Custom Domain Setup

You can configure a custom domain so your clients access the platform through your own web address instead of the default Knock Knock App URL.

To set up a custom domain:

  1. Go to Settings in the agency sidebar.
  2. Find the Custom Domain section.
  3. Enter your desired domain (e.g., app.youragency.com).
  4. Follow the instructions to update your domain's DNS records.
  5. Save your changes and wait for the domain to verify.
note

DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to fully propagate, though most updates take effect within a few hours.

Agency Name and Branding

Set your agency name so it appears throughout the platform wherever branding is displayed. This includes the login page, sidebar, emails, and anywhere the platform name would normally appear.

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Update the Agency Name field.
  3. Save your changes.

Theme Colors

Customize the look and feel of the platform by setting your brand colors:

  • Primary Color — Used for buttons, links, and interactive elements throughout the platform.
  • Secondary Color — Used for accents, highlights, and supporting elements.
  • Sidebar Background — The background color of the navigation sidebar.

To update your colors:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Find the Theme section.
  3. Enter your color values or use the color picker.
  4. Preview the changes.
  5. Save when you are satisfied with the look.
tip

Use colors that match your existing brand guidelines for a consistent experience. Make sure there is enough contrast between your sidebar background and the text so everything remains easy to read.

Custom Logo Upload

Upload your agency's logo to replace the default logo across the platform:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Find the Logo section.
  3. Upload your logo image.
  4. Save your changes.

Your logo appears in the sidebar, login page, and other key areas of the platform.

How White-Labeling Appears to Clients

When you have configured your white-label settings, your clients see:

  • Your agency name instead of Knock Knock App.
  • Your logo in the sidebar and login screen.
  • Your colors across all buttons, links, and navigation.
  • Your domain in the browser address bar (if configured).

Your clients interact with the platform without ever seeing the Knock Knock App brand. From their perspective, the platform belongs to your agency.

Agency Settings Page

The Agency Settings page is where you manage all of your agency-wide configuration in one place:

  • Agency Name — Your agency's display name across the platform.
  • GHL Name — The name associated with your GoHighLevel integration, if connected. See GHL Integration.
  • Reply Email — The email address used as the sender for automated emails sent on behalf of your agency.
