Add-Ons

Add-ons let you extend your Knock Knock App capabilities beyond what your subscription plan includes. Purchase extra AI credits, additional team seats, or other capacity upgrades as your needs grow.

Available Add-Ons​

The specific add-ons available to you depend on your current subscription plan. Common add-ons include:

  • AI Credit Packs — purchase additional AI credits when you need more than your plan includes
  • Additional Team Seats — add more team members beyond your plan's included seats
  • Extra Storage — increase your storage capacity for recordings and files

Purchasing Add-Ons​

To purchase an add-on:

  1. Go to Billing in the sidebar.
  2. Navigate to the Add-Ons section.
  3. Browse the available add-ons for your plan.
  4. Select the add-on you want and click Purchase.
  5. Confirm the payment.

Add-ons are charged immediately and added to your account right away.

Add-On Billing​

  • Add-ons are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions
  • They apply to your current billing cycle
  • AI credit add-ons do not roll over — use them before your billing cycle resets
  • Team seat add-ons remain active as long as your subscription is active

If you find yourself regularly purchasing the same add-ons, it may be more economical to upgrade to a higher plan that includes more of what you need.

For Agencies​

Agency owners can purchase add-ons for individual client companies. This allows you to customize the capacity for each client without changing their base package.

Go to the company's settings within the Agency Portal to manage add-ons for that specific company.
