AI Credits Usage
The AI Credits Usage page gives you a complete view of how your AI credits are being consumed. Use it to track spending, identify patterns, and ensure you stay within your allocation.
Accessing AI Credits Usage
Go to Billing > AI Credits Usage from the sidebar.
Usage Overview
At the top of the page, you will see a usage gauge that shows:
- Your total monthly credit allocation
- How many credits you have used so far this billing cycle
- How many credits remain
- A visual progress bar indicating your consumption level
When your credits run out, AI features will stop working until your next billing cycle or until you purchase additional credits.
Usage by Agent
Below the gauge, a breakdown shows credit consumption by agent type. There's a card for each of:
- Chat — visitor-facing chat replies
- Voice Inbound — incoming phone calls answered by the AI voice agent
- Voice Outbound — outgoing calls placed by the AI voice agent
- Voice Web — browser-based voice calls (AI Voice widget on your site)
- Auto Trigger — proactive engagements initiated by the Auto-Connect Agent
- Nox — usage of the in-app Nox assistant
Each card shows total credits consumed in the selected period so you can see which surface is driving usage.
Activity Log
The activity log provides a chronological list of every credit-consuming event. Each entry shows:
- Date and time of the interaction
- Agent that triggered the event (Chat, Voice Inbound, Voice Outbound, Voice Web, Auto Trigger, or Nox)
- Type of activity (chat reply, voice call, etc.)
- Credits consumed for that specific event
- Company associated with the usage (relevant for agencies managing multiple companies)
You can scroll through the log to review past activity and identify any unexpected usage.
Tips for Managing Usage
- Review weekly — check your usage at least once a week to catch unexpected spikes early
- Compare with value — correlate credit usage with leads generated to understand your return on investment
- Upgrade proactively — if you regularly exhaust your credits before the billing cycle ends, upgrading your plan is more cost-effective than buying add-on packs
