Plans and Pricing

Knock Knock App offers flexible subscription plans to fit teams of all sizes. Whether you are just getting started or scaling up, there is a plan that works for you.

To view and manage your plan, go to Billing in the sidebar.

Available Plans

Knock Knock App offers multiple plan tiers, each with different feature sets and team member limits. You can view the details of each plan on the billing page, including:

  • The features included in each tier
  • Maximum number of team members
  • Available AI credits
  • Access to integrations and advanced features

Compare plans side by side on the billing page to find the one that best fits your needs. You can always upgrade later as your team grows.

Free 7-Day Trial

Every new account starts with a free 7-day trial that gives you full access to explore the platform. During your trial, you can:

  • Set up your widget and customize its appearance
  • Test all chat, call, and video features
  • Try AI features and chatbot flows
  • Connect integrations
  • Invite team members

No payment information is required to start your trial. You will be prompted to choose a plan and enter payment details before the trial ends.

When your trial expires, you will need to select a paid plan to continue using the platform.

Monthly vs. Annual Billing

You can choose between two billing cycles:

  • Monthly billing -- Pay month-to-month with the flexibility to cancel anytime.
  • Annual billing -- Pay for a full year upfront and save compared to the monthly price.

Annual plans are billed as a single payment at the start of each billing year. The savings compared to monthly billing are shown on the plan selection page.

Upgrading Your Plan

To upgrade to a higher-tier plan:

  1. Go to Billing in the sidebar.
  2. Click Change Plan or Upgrade.
  3. Select the plan you want to upgrade to.
  4. Confirm the change.

When you upgrade:

  • New features become available immediately.
  • You will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing cycle.

Downgrading Your Plan

To switch to a lower-tier plan:

  1. Go to Billing in the sidebar.
  2. Click Change Plan.
  3. Select the lower-tier plan.
  4. Confirm the change.

Downgrading may reduce your team member limit or remove access to certain features. Make sure your current usage fits within the limits of the new plan before downgrading.

When you downgrade:

  • The change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • You will continue to have access to your current plan's features until then.

Canceling Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Go to Billing in the sidebar.
  2. Click Cancel Subscription.
  3. Confirm the cancellation.

When you cancel:

  • Your plan remains active until the end of your current billing period.
  • After that, your account will be deactivated.
  • Your data is retained for a period in case you decide to resubscribe.

If you change your mind, you can resubscribe at any time from the billing page. Your data and settings will be restored if your account has not yet been permanently removed.
