Campaigns

The Campaigns tab on your Dashboard ("Email campaigns") lets you send campaigns from your own email tool while every click lands on your site already recognized. Each recipient gets a personal ?kk= token to carry in your template links — the same tracked links Agent K uses — so when they click through, Knock Knock knows exactly who arrived.

Beta

Campaigns are part of the Agent K beta and are enabled per account by the Knock Knock team — contact support to join.

Connecting ManyReach

If you send with ManyReach, connect it once and push recipients straight into your campaigns:

• ManyReach API key — paste the key from Account Settings → API in ManyReach and click Connect.
• Token field — choose which ManyReach prospect custom field carries the token; this must match the merge tag your templates use.
• Change API key — swap in a fresh key at any time. If ManyReach ever rejects the saved key, the card tells you to reconnect.

Recipients

Paste your list into the Recipients card, one per line — an email address, then an optional name after a comma:

jane@acme.com, Jane Smith
omar@example.com

Tokens are minted per email address and stay stable, so resubmitting the same list is always safe — nobody gets a new token or a duplicate.

Then send them on their way:

• Push to ManyReach — pick a ManyReach campaign and push; each prospect arrives with their token already in your chosen token field.
• Download CSV instead — get an email/token CSV to import into any other sender.

tip

Make sure every link in your templates ends with the token merge tag, then send yourself a test email and check the link still ends in ?kk=… — some click trackers rewrite links.
