Dashboard Overview

The Dashboard is your command center for understanding what is happening on your website. It brings together all your key numbers in one place so you can see at a glance how visitors are interacting with your site, how your team is performing, and where your best opportunities are.

Date Range Picker

At the top of the Dashboard, you will find a date range picker that lets you control the time window for all the data shown below.

  • Preset ranges -- Choose from quick options like Today, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, or Last 90 Days.
  • Custom dates -- Pick any start and end date to zoom into a specific period.
  • Comparison periods -- Compare your current date range against a previous period to see trends. For example, compare this week against last week to see if visitor engagement is going up or down.
tip

Use comparison periods to spot trends early. If your chat volume dropped compared to last week, you can investigate before it becomes a bigger issue.

Headline Metrics

Right below the date picker, you will see four headline metric cards that give you an instant snapshot:

MetricWhat It Tells You
VisitorsTotal number of people who visited your website during the selected period
ChatsNumber of chat conversations that took place
CallsNumber of voice and video calls made
LeadsNumber of new leads captured from all sources

Each metric card shows the current value and a comparison indicator so you can tell whether numbers are trending up or down.

Dashboard Tabs

Below the headline metrics, the Dashboard is organized into six tabs. Each tab focuses on a different aspect of your visitor data:

Overview

The default view when you open the Dashboard. It shows a high-level summary combining the most important charts and numbers from across all tabs. This is the best place to start your day and get a quick read on overall performance.

Hot Leads

Shows your highest-value visitors -- the ones your AI has identified as most likely to convert. These are visitors who have taken multiple engagement actions on your site. See Hot Leads for full details.

Conversions

Tracks how visitors move through your funnel and where they convert into leads or customers. See Conversions for full details.

Traffic Sources

Breaks down where your visitors are coming from so you can understand which channels are driving the most engagement. See Traffic Sources for full details.

Auto Engage

Shows the performance of your automatic engagement features, including hooks and auto-triggers that reach out to visitors without manual effort. See Auto Engage for full details.

Engagement

Provides a deep dive into how visitors are interacting across all your communication channels. See Engagement for full details.

AI-Powered Insights

At the bottom of the Dashboard, you will notice a footer that reads:

AI actively watching and learning visitor behaviour

This means the system is continuously analyzing how visitors behave on your site. Over time, it gets better at identifying high-value visitors, predicting which ones are most likely to convert, and surfacing the insights that matter most to you.

note

You do not need to configure anything for this to work. The AI starts learning from the moment your widget is installed and improves automatically as more visitor data comes in.

What to Do Next
