User Roles Explained
Knock Knock App supports four roles, each with a different level of access:

| Company Owner | Has full access to everything — settings, billing, team management, and all features. Every account starts with one Company Owner. |
| Team Member | Invited by the Company Owner. Access is based on the permissions the owner assigns. Team Members typically handle conversations and view reports. |
| Agency Owner | Manages multiple client accounts from a single dashboard. Has full access to agency-level settings and can oversee all client workspaces. |
| Agency Staff | Works within an agency and has permission-based access assigned by the Agency Owner. Can manage specific client accounts as needed. |
