User Roles Explained

Knock Knock App supports four roles, each with a different level of access:

Company OwnerHas full access to everything — settings, billing, team management, and all features. Every account starts with one Company Owner.
Team MemberInvited by the Company Owner. Access is based on the permissions the owner assigns. Team Members typically handle conversations and view reports.
Agency OwnerManages multiple client accounts from a single dashboard. Has full access to agency-level settings and can oversee all client workspaces.
Agency StaffWorks within an agency and has permission-based access assigned by the Agency Owner. Can manage specific client accounts as needed.
