Zapier Integration

The Zapier integration lets you connect Knock Knock App to over 5,000 other apps. Build automated workflows (called "Zaps") that trigger actions across your favorite tools whenever something happens in Knock Knock App.

Connecting Zapier

To connect Knock Knock App with Zapier:

  1. Go to Integrations in the sidebar.
  2. Find Zapier and click Connect.
  3. You will be redirected to Zapier to sign in or create an account.
  4. Follow the prompts to authorize Knock Knock App in your Zapier account.
  5. Once authorized, you can start building Zaps.

You need a Zapier account to use this integration. Zapier offers a free tier, but some features and higher-volume automations require a paid plan.

Available Triggers

Triggers are events in Knock Knock App that start a Zap. The available triggers include:

  • New Lead -- Fires when a new lead is captured.
  • Chat Ended -- Fires when a chat conversation is closed.
  • Call Ended -- Fires when a call is completed.
  • New Chat Message -- Fires when a new message is received in a chat.
  • Hot Lead -- Fires when a lead is flagged as high-priority.

Available Actions

Actions are things Zapier can do in Knock Knock App when triggered by another app:

  • Create Lead -- Add a new lead to your Knock Knock App account.
  • Update Lead -- Modify an existing lead's information.
  • Send Notification -- Trigger an in-app notification for your team.

Start with simple two-step Zaps and expand from there. You can chain multiple actions together for more complex workflows as you get comfortable.

Managing Your Zaps

You manage your Zaps directly in Zapier. From your Zapier dashboard you can:

  • Enable or disable individual Zaps.
  • View the history of each Zap to see when it ran.
  • Edit triggers and actions as your workflow evolves.

Disconnecting Zapier

To disconnect:

  1. Go to Integrations in the sidebar.
  2. Find Zapier and click Disconnect.
  3. Confirm the disconnection.

Disconnecting will stop all Zaps that use Knock Knock App. Your Zaps will still exist in Zapier but will stop running until you reconnect.
