Account Settings

Your account settings let you manage your personal profile information, update your password, and configure your own working hours. These settings apply only to you and do not affect other team members.

To access your account settings, click your avatar in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar and select Account Settings.

Profile Photo

You can upload a profile photo so your team and visitors can recognize you.

  1. Go to Account Settings.
  2. Click the photo placeholder or your current photo.
  3. Select an image from your device.
  4. Your new photo will be saved automatically.

To remove your photo, click the Remove button next to your current image. Your initials will be displayed instead.

Use a clear, professional headshot. This photo may appear in the chat widget when visitors interact with you.

Name and Email

  • Name -- Update your first and last name at any time. This is the display name your team and visitors will see.
  • Email -- Your email address is shown for reference but cannot be changed. This is the email you used when you created your account.

If you need to change your email address, please contact support for assistance.

Phone Number

You can add or update your phone number in your account settings. This number can be used for call forwarding so you never miss an important call.

  1. Enter your phone number in the Phone field.
  2. Click Save to apply the change.

Changing Your Password

To update your password:

  1. Go to Account Settings and find the Change Password section.
  2. Enter your current password.
  3. Enter your new password.
  4. Enter your new password again in the Confirm Password field.
  5. Click Save to apply the change.

Your new password must be at least 6 characters long. Make sure you remember it, as you will need it the next time you sign in.

Personal Working Hours

Working hours control when you appear as available to visitors. By default, your working hours are inherited from your organization's settings.

You have two options:

  • Inherit from organization -- Your availability follows whatever your admin has set in Organization Settings. This is the default.
  • Set custom hours -- Define your own schedule that overrides the organization default.

To set custom working hours:

  1. Go to Account Settings and find the Working Hours section.
  2. Switch from Inherit from organization to Custom.
  3. For each day of the week, toggle the day on or off and set your start and end times.
  4. Click Save to apply.

When you are outside your working hours, visitors will see your status as offline. They can still leave messages, which you will receive when you are back online.
